They are available on QuicKeys purchases of 25 users or more. Maintenance Agreements must be purchased along with your software license and may be renewed annually.

Maintenance Agreements entitle you to:

• Free Software Upgrades. Receive new versions of the software and all maintenance releases at no additional charge.
• Priority Technical Support. Receive priority support via an 800 number or via a priority support e-mail address.
• Add Additional Licenses. Customers are eligible to purchase additional licenses, at a reduced rate, at any time. The cost for additional licenses will be based on the total number of seats you own instead of the number of seats you wish to purchase at that time.
